This week we run the Melrose Half with a little extra for a 14.6 mile run. Those training for a half we have a 7.1 mile run for you, just about the same as in week 2. It looks like there’s a possibility of thunderstorms in the early morning but should be cleared out before we run with temperatures in the low 70s. Can’t ask for better than that. I had planned for one water stop which Walt will handle for us again (Thanks, Walt) but I think I’ll also add another at Grimsby’s in case anyone wants it. I’ll use my car and someone can pick me up on their way by in the morning.
 Look over the route, the full route takes a loop around Ell Pond at the start, the short route doesn’t.
 So who’s in for the first long run of August?
In! Probably running half plus the ws to Brueggers early and back to my car after for ard 17.
I will be there for the full 15.
