The Boston Route Training Run Plan

Attached is the SLR Boston Route Training Plan. THE PLAN

Runners, please review and acknowledge here that what I have you listed for matches what you think you’re doing.

Drivers, please post here that you’re still in and you understand what I’m asking from you.

Also, drivers, the Mass Pike is an electronic toll only road, please confirm you have an EZ-Pass (or whatever they call it these days). If not we’ll have some thinking to do.

Thanks Jim. I am a half runner; do I choose the first or second half?

  4. Jim says:

Donna, you can run whichever portion you like. Your driver, Hank, will be driving the trail support car. Pick what you want to do and let me know, we’ll make it work.

Hi Jim. No worries on Mass Pike tolls. If you don’t have EZpass, they’ll bill you by plate #. Same as the Tobin Bridge.

Also, we talked earlier about having a separate car to hold runners dry clothes for after the run. Do you want me to do that as well?

  9. Courtney says:

Confirmed and my car comes the way I like my men. EZ.

Brian, Freddy, no problem for lunch, I over spent so your lunch contribution will be appreciated.
As far as pitching in for tolls, gas, etc… I think a buck or two from each passenger is a nice gesture.
