How do I log in?
Enter the email you used for your MRC registration
Use your MRC password
Or click Forgot Password to set/reset it
An email will be sent to allow you to set your MRC account password
If the email does not show up, check your spam folder
Or, if you have a social media account using a matching email to your MRC registration, use it
How do I join a challenge?
Check the boxes for the challenges you want to join
Uncheck it if you want to leave the challenge
How do I load a run?
Strava is the preferred way to load the run
If you do not have a Strava account, get one!
Connect your Strava account and press Load Run
Can I use my Fit Bit?
Yes, you can. At least for some challenges.
What if I do not want to join Strava?
You can export GPX or TXC files from your fitness tracker and manually upload them
Can I use my Apple Watch?
Yes, but you will need to convert your FIT files to GPX files for upload
Or you can connect your Apple health data to Strava
Can I run on my treadmill?
Challenges that are not street or elevation related, sure!
Many challenges require you to run outside though
Run at least a mile every day, and post them here. See how long you can go!

Run on a bike trail, greenway, or bikeway in September and October!
Scoring is based on OpenStreetMap marking of bike trails.
Run at least 1/10th of a mile on a trail to get credit.
You might get bonus points if the trail segment is part of multiple bike paths.
